It’s movie night with a crafty twist and a little extra room to be yourself. Craft Cinema offers a relaxed, low-pressure environment where you can enjoy the benefits of creative expression, gentle sensory engagement and social connection while watching a movie.

For many people, especially those of adults with diagnosed or self-diagnosed ADD or ADHD, having something to do with their hands can make it easier to focus, regulate energy and stay present. Crafting can also provide a calming outlet for stress, while the casual atmosphere allows you to chat, create or simply enjoy the company of others without pressure or judgment. You don’t have to sit perfectly still, maintain constant eye contact or participate in conversation. You can “ADHD in peace” while being welcomed exactly as you are.
