Group Reservations
We happily take group reservations for 8–20 guests, and for groups larger than 20, we offer private studio rentals to ensure everyone has plenty of space to create and enjoy. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, though if you’re planning closer than that, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your group. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks; during busy times, extra tables for food setup may be limited, but we’ll help however we can. Guests ages 21 and over may bring sealed adult beverages with valid ID. If you have any questions or would like help planning your visit, just let us know — we’re happy to help make it special.

Birthday Parties
Children’s birthday parties at Lily Pad Pottery offer a fun, creative, and hands-on way to celebrate your child’s special day. Our flat-rate party package is $225 for up to 10 children, with additional children added at $20 per child. Each party includes 2.5 hours of studio time, one pre-selected pottery piece per child and a special personalized birthday plate as our gift. Your group will have a dedicated staff member to assist throughout the party and you are welcome to bring your own tabletop decorations, food and drinks for your group to enjoy during the celebration.
Private Rentals
We'd love to host your private party at Lily Pad Pottery. We can accommodate private events for up to 50 guests, making our space a great fit for celebrations, team-building events, showers, and other special occasions. Your group may choose to enjoy paint-your-own pottery, mosaics, or glass fusing as the main creative activity, if desired. Our private party rental rate begins at $75, with final pricing based on group size, event length, and the type of creative experience selected. Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll provide a customized estimate, along with availability and next steps to make your event come together smoothly. Outside food and drink is welcome. Parties with adults ages 21 and over may bring sealed adult beverages with valid ID.
