Groups

Lily Pad Pottery is a walk-in studio only, and we do not take reservations.

Guests painting alone and large groups are welcome to walk in anytime we are open to paint, create, and enjoy the studio at their own pace.

We are typically able to accommodate most walk-in groups throughout the week. However, Saturdays are our busiest day. If planning to visit with a larger group, we strongly recommend choosing a weekday.

If guaranteed seating at a specific time for a specific number of people is desired a private rental is required. While we do our best to accommodate all walk-in guests, seating is always based on current studio capacity and availability.

Birthday Parties

Children’s birthday parties at Lily Pad Pottery offer a fun, creative, and hands-on way to celebrate your child’s special day.

Our flat-rate party package is $250 for up to 10 children, Each party includes 2 hours of studio time, acrylic pottery painting (theme of your choice), beading kit to create bracelets, zipper pulls or bag charms (color scheme of your choice), decorated table décor, and wrapped party favors for each of your guests! All guests will take their pottery and bead projects the same day. Your party will also have a dedicated staff member to assist throughout the party. You are welcome to bring your own tabletop decorations, food and drinks for your group to enjoy during the celebration if desired.

The Relax Room

Step away from the everyday and into your own private retreat. The Relax Room is Lily Pad Pottery's most exclusive experience—an intimate, adults-only space designed for creativity, connection, and complete relaxation.

Whether you're celebrating an intimate birthday, planning a romantic date night, enjoying a girls' day out, or simply taking time for yourself, the Relax Room offers a one-of-a-kind creative escape. Located inside The Craft Bar, this beautifully appointed room accommodates up to four guests, providing a peaceful escape where you can create, celebrate, and unwind in peace. The Relax Room fee is $100 due at the time of booking. Craft activities are additional and are purchased separately on the day of your reservation.

Private Rentals

Lily Pad Pottery offers two beautiful spaces for private rentals, one for all ages (The Family Studio) and the other for adults only (The Craft Bar). Both spaces are ideal for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, team-building experiences, reunions, holiday parties, fundraisers, celebrations, and other private gatherings.

The Craft Bar comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests and has three marble-top round tables with tabletop seating for up to 16 guests. Additional guests may enjoy the oversized lounge sofa, accent seating, standing cocktail-style space, and other gathering areas throughout The Craft Bar. Because of the open-concept layout, events with more than 16 guests are best suited for mingling, socializing, and creative activities rather than formal seated dining.

The Family Studio comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests and has 10 wooden tables and benches accomodating 36+, and three cocktail tables with high-top seating for an additional six persons. The Family Studio is best suited for classes, workshops, mingling, socializing, and creative activities.
