FAQs
How long will it take my pottery to be fired?
Two weeks or less.
Do I have to finish my piece in one sitting?
No, you don’t! Due to limited storage, we cannot hold your piece in our studio. However, we will send it home with you, and you can return to finish it during our normal business hours. We request that you finish your piece within two-three visits.
Can I get a pottery-to-go kit?
Yes! If you would like to finish your piece at home, ask us for a free to-go kit. Please keep your receipt with your item when you return it. Once you’ve finished painting, bring your piece back to the studio, and we’ll fire it for you.
Can we stay and paint after your posted hours if we arrive before closing?
Unfortunately, we can’t allow painting after our posted hours. We value a healthy work-life balance for our team, so we kindly request that you adhere to our regular schedule.
I see a piece I want, but I can’t paint it today. Can I purchase and save it?
Absolutely! Our pieces tend to go quickly and are in limited stock. If you find something you love, we recommend purchasing it on the spot. We’ll bag your piece with your receipt so you can take it home and bring it back when you’re ready to paint. Just don’t forget to bring your receipt with you when you return!
